A community based social justice organization of low-income South Asian immigrants and immigrants facing deportation in New York City. DRUM organizes low-income South Asian immigrants for racial, economic, and social justice on critical local struggles and their global roots.
AALDEF advocates on behalf of the ten million Asian Americans in the United States. Program areas include immigrant rights, civic participation and voting rights, economic justice for workers, language access to services, Census policy, affirmative action, youth rights and educational equity, and the elimination of anti-Asian violence, police misconduct, and human trafficking.
